Based in Hong Kong and reporting directly to the Worldwide Sales Director you will be responsible for:

  1. The management, the supervision and the motivation of the decentralized sales team, in order to plan and achieve the company’s goals.
  2. The development of the company business and the identification of potential targets and new channels of development.
  3. The building of solid relationships with customers, vendors and partners to increase market share.
  4. The setting up and the improvement of the distribution channel in order to guarantee the execution of the company’s mission.
  5. The setting of budgets/targets, the implementation of new plans, the monitoring of competitors and the constant provision of reporting to the Italian Headquarter.

 
Requirements

  • University Degree, MBA is a plus
  • 7/10 years sales experience with proven track sales record
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and spirit
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork ability and goals’ orientation
